Terms of Service
Effective 28 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Zentiment (“the Service”), a wallet-monitoring tool operated at zentiment.ai. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the Service does
Zentiment reads publicly available blockchain data. You supply wallet addresses you wish to observe; we watch those addresses on the networks you select, record the transactions they take part in, and — if you connect Telegram — send you a message when they do.
What the Service does not do
- It is not custodial. Zentiment never holds, controls or has access to your funds or your private keys. Sign-in does not connect a wallet.
- It does not transact on your behalf. The Service cannot initiate, sign, approve or broadcast any transaction, and has no mechanism to do so.
- It is not financial advice. Alerts describe what an address did. They are not a recommendation, and the classification of an activity as a buy, sell, swap or transfer is an automated interpretation that may be wrong.
Addresses you monitor
You may monitor any address, including addresses you do not control — this is public information. You are responsible for using it lawfully. You must not use the Service to harass, stalk, deanonymise or endanger any person, or in any way that breaches applicable law or a third party's rights. Names and notes you attach to addresses are your own content; keep them lawful.
Accuracy and availability
The Service depends on third-party blockchain infrastructure and on Telegram. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; alerts may be late or may not arrive. Monitoring begins only when an address is successfully activated, and no earlier history is imported. Chain reorganisations can invalidate activity we have already reported. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and we do not guarantee uptime, completeness or accuracy.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another user's data.
- Do not probe, scan or overload the Service or its providers.
- Do not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
- We may apply limits on the number of people and wallets per account.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any trading loss, missed opportunity, or decision taken in reliance on an alert or on data shown by the Service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time; doing so deletes your people, wallets and subscriptions. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
