Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Zentiment collects, why, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept. It applies to zentiment.ai and the Zentiment Telegram bot.

What we collect

• Account identity. When you sign in with email, Google or X, our authentication provider gives us a stable account identifier and, where available, your email address. We never receive your password, and we never ask for a wallet.
• What you ask us to watch. The wallet addresses you add, the names and notes you give the people you group them under, and which networks you selected. Names and notes are free text you write — they are private to your account, and we recommend not putting anything sensitive in them.
• Telegram binding. If you connect Telegram we store your numeric chat identifier and, if your account has one, your Telegram username.
• Blockchain activity. Public on-chain transactions involving the addresses you monitor, and our structured interpretation of them.
• Operational records. Delivery status of alerts, and server logs needed to run and secure the Service.

What we do not collect

We do not collect private keys, seed phrases or signatures — the Service has no ability to use them and never asks. We do not run advertising or behavioural tracking.

Why we process it

To provide the Service you asked for: to know which addresses to watch, to record what they did, to deliver your alerts, and to keep the Service secure and working. This is processing necessary to perform our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

Who it is shared with

We use the following sub-processors, and share only what each one needs:

• Privy — authentication. Receives your sign-in identity.
• Chainstack — EVM blockchain data. Receives the wallet addresses you monitor as part of ordinary blockchain queries.
• Helius — Solana blockchain data. Receives the Solana addresses you monitor, so it can notify us when they transact.
• Telegram — alert delivery. Receives the content of each alert: the person name you wrote, the wallet address, the network, and the assets and amounts that moved. Telegram messages are not end-to-end encrypted by default.
• DigitalOcean — hosting and database.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to authorities only where legally compelled.

How long we keep it

• Account, people, wallets and subscriptions: until you delete them or close your account.
• Normalised transaction history and alert delivery records: retained while your account exists.
• Raw provider payloads: automatically deleted after 30 days. They exist only so a parsing error can be corrected against the original data.

Your choices

• Remove a wallet or a person at any time; monitoring for it stops.
• Disconnect Telegram in settings, or send /stop to the bot. Delivery ends immediately either way.
• Delete your account to remove your people, wallets and subscriptions. Request access, correction, export or erasure at [email protected].

A note on blockchain data

On-chain activity is public and permanent. Deleting your Zentiment account removes what we hold about your use of the Service; it cannot remove anything from a blockchain, and does not affect what our data providers independently hold.
